Weekly Update:Surviving Snowmageddon!

Weekly Studio Update ❄️

Thank You for Weather Flexibility & Community Support

Thank you to our incredible community for your flexibility and support as we navigated Snowmageddon once again in Texas! We are excited that the snow and ice are slowly melting and that we’re able to return to a more normal schedule.

Primary Studio

Primary had a blast playing in the ice and snow on campus and sharing stories of their snow-day adventures at home. Even chilly weather couldn’t dampen their excitement!

  • Our Penguin Pajama Party has been rescheduled to next Tuesday, February 3rd 🐧

  • We are also very excited for our field trip to Inner Space Caverns on Monday!

ES Blue

ES Blue has been working hard preparing for Exhibition and is excited to showcase their creations. Despite the snow being a fun distraction, the studio came together and stayed focused, tackling challenging work with determination and teamwork.

ES Green

Even with a very short and chilly week, ES Green finished their Read-a-Thon strong!

  • Big goals were achieved

  • Records were smashed

  • Celebrations were well deserved 🎉

The heroes also wrapped up their final drafts of their Science Fiction stories, skillfully blending scientific research with creative storytelling.

Upper Levels

Due to the shortened week and weather disruptions, Upper Levels focused on strengthening core skills, with Quest activities shifting to next week. Strong foundations now mean even deeper work ahead!

📅 Upcoming Dates

  • February 2: ES Blue & Primary Field Trip

  • February 5: Upper Levels Exhibition

  • February 6: ES Blue & ES Green Exhibitions

We are so grateful for your continued support and partnership—thank you for being such an amazing community!
